А можно — «лектриса»? What's the verdict?<br/>

<br/>
«Three Vermars, tall and reedy aliens who looked a lot like man-sized centipedes balanced on their tails, stood next to a water cooler, shooting the breeze. They spoke Vermararian, which always sounded to Kay like a cross between Esperanto and microphone feedback. And they smelled like fresh doughnuts.<br/>
<br/>
Iggy, the senior of the triad, waved a pseudopod at Kay as he went to get coffee.<br/>
<br/>
»How they floating, Iggy? Damn, don't tell me we're out of cream again? All we got is this powdered shit?"<br/>
<br/>
Iggy chittered. Pointed at the counter.<br/>
<br/>
«Oh, yeah, thanks. I didn't see it.» He found the cream behind a box of stale doughnuts. «Thanks, Iggy.»<br/>
<br/>
Kay poured some cream into his coffee, stirred it, then looked at Edwards. «Okay, kid, you ready to roll?»<br/>
<br/>
Edwards stood there with his mouth open, staring. Kay nodded at the Vermars. «See you around, guys.»<br/>
<br/>
They gave him some feedback squeals and waved.<br/>
<br/>
Kay walked to where Edwards stood. Put one finger under his chin and pushed his mouth closed. «For future reference, this is a better look for you,» he said. «Besides, some of our clients take that open mouth as a threat, you know?»<br/>
<br/>
Edwards looked at him.<br/>
<br/>
«C'mon, kid. Let's go take a walk. I'll fill you in on what you need to know.»"<br/>

I think it's still threatening at the end. If he loved this robot, the protagonist would not have said the last line «I'm finally alone!». he shoud say «we» too
«Damon Knight, editor mirabilis, first published this story in a volume of Orbit, under the title 'The End'. I don't now remember how we arrived at it, but I suspect he thought that 'Things' sounded too much like something you see on the television at one A.M., with purple tentacles. But I have gone back to it because — at least after reading the psychomyth — it puts the right emphasis. Things you use; things you possess, and are possessed by; things you build with — bricks, words. You build houses with them, and towns, and causeways. But the buildings fall, the causeways cannot go all the way. There is an abyss, a gap, a last step to be taken.»
Garmin Nuvi 501m Updates<br/>
<br/>
I have been using a Garmin Nuvi GPS device for the last one year. It provides a very accurate destination in the journey. With passing time one must update their GPS device so as to get correct information. Since I was not tech-savvy thus I was unable to update it myself. I have searched all around on the web & finally found Uspcsolutions experts. The expert available there has done a tremendous job by performingGarmin Nuvi 501m Updates in no time & that too at a very reasonable rate.

Also, Puss in Boots is getting a sidekick that's probably going to steal the show: Perro (Harvey Guillen) is a therapy dog disguised as a cat who will accompany Puss in Boots and returning warrior Kitty Softpaws (Salma Hayek) in their newest adventures.
