My experience at the KLM Airlines Cairo Office was generally good. The office is situated in a central part of the city and is easily accessible, being well-placed for anyone coming in and out of Cairo. The office itself is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient seats to comfortably seat visitors. When I got there, I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who immediately sent me to the correct counter. I was changing my flight, and while the queue was quite long, the attendants were efficient in taking care of all customers. It was my turn before long, and the attendant who helped me was courteous and experienced. She made my alternatives very clear and helped me confirm the new booking within minutes. Something I particularly enjoyed was the amount of care and attention I was given. The staff were polite and actually seemed interested in making sure I was happy. They even gave me some information on some travel deals, which was an added bonus. The only thing that makes it four stars rather than five stars is that possibly there should be more signs to guide you when you are going inside the office to the respective counters. Overall, it was a very good experience; I would love to visit the KLM Cairo office.
